My focus is to create a compassionate, patient, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful progress. I work with individuals experiencing anger management concerns, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, and other complex mental health challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with significant mental health concerns or those who may have struggled to find success in therapy in the past. My approach is individualized, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while incorporating other evidence-based techniques based on each client’s needs and goals. I believe compassion, patience, and a strong therapeutic relationship are essential to meaningful progress. My goal is to meet each client where they are, recognize their strengths, and help them develop practical skills to navigate challenges and move toward greater stability and well-being.
