Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I work with people of all ages to address a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, substance abuse, and relationship issues. My hope is to create a safe space for us to explore solutions to whatever problems you want to focus on. When you are ready to step outside your discomfort zone (we both know it's not comfortable there, or you wouldn't be reading my profile), I look forward to helping you feel better.
