As an Associate Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and begin their journey toward healing and personal growth. I work with individuals and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem. I am currently working under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor as I complete the hours required for full licensure. My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, always tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
