What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll meet for an assessment and work collaboratively to build a treatment plan that best suits your unique needs. I typically recommend meeting weekly for best results but we can adjust according to your needs and preferences. I provide therapy both in person (Willow Springs, IL) and virtually in the state of IL.
