What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and stress. I also have a passion for those in the LGBTQ+ community and the unique issues that we face on our journey. I use a holistic approach in my work with individuals; including mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of your healing. I value creating a space for you to be heard and validated because that it where you will grow. As we work together I can offer different perspectives to the challenges you are facing and help to point out patterns that are not helpful to your growth. Reaching out to a therapist for the first time might feel overwhelming. I am here to help and we will discuss the treatment approach that is best for you.
