Hi, my name is Kimberly Ignacio, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have been working professionally in the mental health and social services fields for over a decade. The work and personal experiences I have encountered have helped me empathize with my clients in hopes of building understanding and offering alternative perspectives to be observed. I have worked in various areas of social services, supporting individuals struggling with stressors that cause impairments in their lives in some way. I enjoy providing support to my clients with the goal of improving their insight, self-validation, and self-reliance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I feel that my sessions are light-hearted and incorporated with assertive feedback when necessary. With the use of meeting my client where they are emotionally feeling is essential to gauge how to healing begins.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
