Getting to know Kimberly Kepner

I have ten years of experience working in the mental health field among diverse populations. I thrive working with fellow millennials as well as Gen Z'ers, although I am open to all age groups (above 14). I am not a ?blank slate' therapist. I will laugh with you and cry with you. I will show up in cozy outfits, hydration in hand, and maybe a snack. I hope you do the same! I am passionate about women's rights and women's issues. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered. As a relational therapist, I strive to establish authentic and mutual connections. In doing this, I hope to equip my clients with more helpful ways of interacting with others in the present. I am your clich? therapist who had to work through a lot of her own stuff. I'll never pretend to have it ?all together'-that would be boring. I am most recently trained in EMDR. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Marywood University and my Bachelor's degree from Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg.
