I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment that allows a client to feel comfortable to share their story at their own pace. Everyone's story deserves to be heard, supported, and validated.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work at the client's pace to build rapport and ensuring the client feels comfortable sharing their experience. During our initial sessions, we will explore the client's current issues and stressors as well as some of the client's history and background. Together, we can set goals and find ways to implement some changes.
