I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University, which laid the foundation for my passion and skills in this work. My approach My therapeutic approach centers on you as the pilot/director and me as the co-pilot/assistant in a strengths-based model. I enjoy applying theoretical approaches like Reality Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Relational Cultural Therapy, but I understand most common approaches and believe in meeting you where you are. My past clients have appreciated my direct delivery because they feel heard and have a safe place to process. My focus My client focus has never been limited; I am often referred to as a Generalist. I enjoy assisting clients with identifying, acknowledging, and releasing past or current traumas-being trauma-informed is how I describe myself.
