I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University. The clients I work with most often are adults aged 18 and up. My specific area of specialization is addressing the underlying issues causing low self-esteem, low self-worth, and codependency. What should a new client know about working with you?

In therapy, I take a client-centered approach and utilize evidence-based practices to help clients challenge ineffective coping strategies they may have developed. Together, we can create positive change without judgment or bias, guiding you toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. As your therapist, I aim to make sure you feel heard and validated.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My main priority is that you feel heard and understood. In our initial session, we will explore your reason for seeking therapy, how past life events impact current circumstances, analyze your concerns, and pinpoint the areas where you desire transformation. From there, we will determine the most suitable treatment method for a personalized and practical therapeutic experience.
