What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to heal. I use an eclectic approach to helping clients heal past wounds from trauma and to learn strategies to help them manage emotions, including CBT, EMDR, and the Trauma Healing Method.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions will be focused on learning coping tools and strategies to help manage emotions. We will collaborate together to find the root of the issues you are experiencing and to create a plan of action to address those issues. I believe the client is the best expert on their own life, and we will work together to decide the best and most effective way to begin your healing journey.
