Welcome! My name is Kim Nelson. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. I have worked throughout California providing therapy to individuals and families for over a decade. I work with adults, mothers, and parents, specializing in trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, caregiver stress, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (Postpartum). I have always believed that everyone deserves to be heard and witnessed when facing struggles. I am deeply drawn to supporting others and helping people feel less alone during some of their hardest times. I am especially passionate about supporting mothers through the incredibly difficult transition into motherhood.
