Hello my name is Kimberly! I am a social worker with over 20 years of clinical practice. I enjoy helping people meet their goals and live more satisfying lives. Maybe you are struggling with low mood, an anxious mind or feeling stuck. Sometimes these feelings are enhanced by life stressors such as family, work or life transitions. Sometimes due to a compiling effect of everything we begin to feel we have lost the path forward. Together we can rediscover an authentic path that fits you where you are now. Together we will discover a more satisfying way of coping, uncover your strengths and increase your life satisfaction. Everyone has the potential to feel good. I am skilled at working with young adults, middle age and older adults. I have particular experience in life transitions, family dynamics, end of life care giving/planning, serious illness, mood disorders and traumatic life events. I focus on building rapport with my clients and creating a safe space for my clients to speak freely and openly without judgement.
