I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University, but my most valuable lessons have come from walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s ups and downs. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I also provide affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing services for adults and adolescents who have suffered from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and cooccurring disorders. Furthermore, I work with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults who are struggling with acceptance. When I am not working, I enjoy being physically active. I love weight lifting, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and yoga. I play a few musical instruments, but singing is my favorite. I look forward to helping you reach your treatment goals!
