I use deep introspection to help you identify where the cognitive distortions lie. Together, we work to build a life of positive emotions, engagement, and meaning. I offer you my experience, specific treatments, and integrated approaches so you can move forward and have the quality of life you seek. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, OCD, phobias, PTSD, sleep disorders, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma. With a Master's degree and as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am equipped to guide you towards a meaningful, flourishing life that is worth living.
