I specialize in mood disorders and anxiety and use a variety of modalities to fit your specific needs.I use a variety of modalities, as no one size fits all. Some of the modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing.
