This is achieved by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan together. My approach is ideal for those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, and highly sensitive people. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Ohio University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based practice. My guiding purpose is to be there for you every step of your journey-to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
