Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I received my Master's in Counseling from Youngstown State University and have been practicing for 20 years. I support and empower adolescents, adults and families to strengthen boundaries, increase communication and personal growth. I will provide a supportive, healing and safe environment to begin your healing journey. It takes strength and courage to seek help. I offer you a safe, judgement free place to grow and heal.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I am passionate about empowering individuals to heal and transform by providing a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I employ a client centered approach combined with other modalities as together we work to uncover inner resources and strengths and to overcome challenges while supporting adjustment to change, stress reduction, goal setting, and motivation; while navigating a path towards healing, personal growth, self-care, and overall wellbeing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It is understandable that the first session can seem scary. Here is a new person that you are letting into your life and sharing all the things that are difficult and challenging. My goal is to make you feel comfortable as possible while get to know one another and gather the challenges and struggles you wish change. Together we will set expectations and goals for therapy.
