What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with thoughtful, self-aware individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, navigating life transitions, or seeking deeper insight into their emotions and relationships. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and reflective. I combine careful listening with clinical insight to help you understand the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and decisions. Together, we’ll create space for meaningful insight, personal growth, and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial sessions focus on developing a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. This stage allows us to explore important aspects of your history, current challenges, and personal goals while establishing a strong therapeutic foundation. As therapy progresses, sessions often involve examining recurring emotional and relational patterns, exploring the beliefs and experiences that shape them, and identifying new ways of responding to difficult situations. We work together to build insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies that support long-term well-being. Because each client’s needs evolve over time, the process remains flexible and collaborative. We regularly revisit your goals and adjust the focus of our work to ensure that therapy continues to feel relevant, meaningful, and aligned with the changes you want to make in your life.
