Humor is also something I value in everyday life. While therapy can involve difficult topics, I believe moments of lightness and laughter can be an equally important part of the healing process and help make the space feel more human and approachable.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience in neuropsychological assessment and clinical support for individuals across the lifespan, with a background in both research and direct clinical service. My training has taken place in hospital, private practice, and academic settings, where I have worked with clients navigating a wide range of cognitive, emotional, and neurological concerns. I am currently a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University with emphases in neuropsychology and Adlerian therapy. I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology. In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in research and advocacy focused on culturally responsive assessment and community based approaches to mental health. At this practice, I provide psychotherapy under the supervision of Lina Costelloe, MA, a licensed clinical social worker.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative. My work is informed by Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, and principles from neuropsychology. I am especially interested in how thoughts, emotions, and brain based processes interact with social and cultural contexts. In our sessions, I focus on helping you build insight into patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing while also developing practical strategies that support everyday life. I believe therapy should provide both space for reflection and tools that help you move toward meaningful change.
