Hi there. I have been working with women in recovery from drugs and alcohol for the last 24 years and have been a special education teacher. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Texas State University. I would love the opportunity and privilege to walk by your side as you move toward any goals of self-discovery and healing. I empower people to overcome the burden of anxiety and panic disorder, offering tools on how to live your best life now.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Building trust is a nonjudgmental, safe environment is vital when establishing personal goals in the first sessions. I love to share multiple techniques built on strengths my clients possess. As we move forward, we collaborate to take steps toward the overall goals through talk therapy, practicing skills in sessions, and real world practice of skills.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
