What should a new client know about working with you?

Sessions typically last 50-55 minutes. Couples counseling sessions are to 90 minutes each. EMDR sessions are more structured due to the nature of the process. Couples Counseling and EMDR sessions are available but must be paid Out of Pocket as insurance will not cover therapy sessions that exceed 60 minutes. You will receive everything you need to file a claim with your insurance provider. Treatment length varies and may be adjusted as appropriate. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community. I am compassionate and personalize my approach to ensure a supportive and effective therapeutic experience. I would be honored to support you in uncovering your potential, removing barriers and providing a safe space above all.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
