Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University and years of experience working with children and families. I welcome a therapeutic relationship with children, teens, and young adults. It is important to me that I work with a diverse group of people, and I appreciate forming partnerships with individuals of all ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a client-centered, strength-based approach to my work. I specialize in anxiety or depression, emotion regulation, adjustment to trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, challenges within relationships, postpartum, difficulties within your role as a parent, and other life stressors. I provide evidence-based-individualized treatment. You are the expert of your life (or your child’s life) and I would be honored to support your growth and witness your change in a therapeutic environment. I strive to incorporate your strengths and interests into our work together to meet your identified needs and support you in reaching your therapeutic goals. I look forward to collaborating with you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients and I work together to find what works best for session structure. Some of my client's prefer a more structured agenda and some prefer to chat about topics that come up in between sessions. We can determine what is the best fit for you. Each session is about 50-60 minutes.
