Psychotherapist
FL
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can slow down, breathe, and speak honestly about what you’re going through. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, postpartum challenges, and complex relationship dynamics. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in helping people rebuild self-trust and emotional stability so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. I am happy to have a initial consultation via phone for scheduling and to talk about your therapy goals .

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a supportive and honest space where you don’t have to hide the hard parts of what you’re going through. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, respectful, and grounded in real life. Some sessions may involve exploring patterns from past experiences, while others focus on practical tools to help you feel more stable, confident, and clear in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you feel understood while also helping you reconnect with your own strength, judgment, and ability to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy and what you would like to see change in your life. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, current challenges, and goals so we can begin to understand the bigger picture together. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process where we explore patterns, process difficult experiences when needed, and develop practical tools that help you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. Some sessions may be reflective and insight-focused, while others may focus on learning strategies to manage stress, emotions, and relationships more effectively.
