Hello! I'm Kitty, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 17 years of experience in mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, including children, teens, adults, and couples navigating complex challenges such as personality disorders, severe mental illness, and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we'll explore the challenges that weigh on you and work toward healing the wounds that impact your life. If spirituality is important to you, I am happy to integrate biblical or other spiritual principles into our work, always honoring your unique worldview, faith, or orientation. What should a new client know about working with you?

I will create a safe and empathetic environment for you to unravel your thoughts, feelings, and story. I approach every client holistically and help them address any thinking, behavior, or beliefs that are out of alignment with their True and Best Self. Together we will develop a treatment plan with practical steps towards your goals. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
