Psychotherapist
FL
Hi, I’m Kizzy, and I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burned out, discouraged, or unsure where to turn. Together, we create a supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. I use evidence-based, compassionate approaches to help clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and parenting stress, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. My style is collaborative, grounded, and practical—I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also building tools you can use in everyday life. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with your strengths, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Healing is possible, even when it feels hard to imagine right now. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of experience supporting individuals and couples through complex emotional challenges, including relationship concerns, codependency, addiction, family conflict, domestic abuse, divorce, and loss. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and take the next step toward feeling more grounded and empowered, I would be honored to work with you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
