Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I having been working with children, teens and families for the past 18 years. I specialize in birth to 5 development, specifically relating to trauma. For the past few years, I have been serving children, teens, and families primarily dealing with grief, toxic stress and/or trauma symptoms. Though my primary treatment focus is TF-CBT, I am very holistic and modify my approach to the unique needs of each individual/family. In our first session together, here's what you can expect For the first session, I focus on gathering information about the client and building rapport. The most important aspect of treatment is the therapeutic relationship, therefore I place emphasis upon understanding my client/clients as person. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions My humanistic approach. Clients feel heard and seen within our therapeutic relationship. Clients do not feel judged in my presence and feel hopeful. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I am most compatible working with individuals/families ready to develop insight into their challenges and motivated to initiate changes in their daily lives.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
