In these moments, it’s common to struggle with feelings of worthlessness and believe that no one can truly understand the weight of our experiences. As a counselor, I am dedicated to walking with you through these challenges, providing support and guidance as we work together to find a path forward. I recognize that reaching out for help during times of vulnerability can be difficult, and you may wonder if anyone truly cares. Please know that you are not alone, and your well-being and healing are of utmost importance to me. As a trauma-informed mental health counselor, I have been working in the fields of substance abuse treatment and mental health. My areas of expertise include trauma, complex trauma, chronic suicidal ideation, self-esteem, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, identity development, and career counseling. I am experienced in both individual and group counseling, having led groups on Seeking Safety (trauma and substance use), domestic violence, anger management, life skills, relapse prevention, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
