Are you a teen or young adult feeling stuck after a recent or past experience that was overwhelming, confusing, or painful? Maybe you’re carrying memories from childhood that still show up as anxiety, anger, shame, or emotional numbness. You might feel disconnected from yourself, unsure why you can't cry or stop the tears, or questioning parts of your identity or faith. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it by yourself. I also work with parents who are navigating the impact of their own developmental trauma while trying to show up differently for their children through skillbuilding and support.
