Narcissistic abuse is an experience that is unique. It leaves you feeling like you're weak, a target, or that you missed some red flags. The reality is that you've been lied to by one of the best manipulators in the game. Whether it was a partner, spouse, parent, or sibling- recovering from narcissistic or borderline abuse is a complicated and often feels like a rollercoaster of feeling in control to out of control and emotional. You want to know who you are again, heal, and be able to tell reality from the gaslighting. You want healthy relationships. I specialize in complex chronic trauma such as narcissistic abuse, borderline abuse, and childhood sexual abuse. I help clients to recover from manipulation, gaslighting, and the cognitive dissonance that is a result of these types of relationships. It's hard to get help. You don't want to feel like a victim, and maybe not even a survivor- you just want to be yourself again. I get that. Ready to Get Started?

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a conversation that leads to change. I am engaged, honest, and focused on helping you get to the root of what is keeping you stuck. My style is direct but compassionate, combining curiosity and insight with structure and accountability. Sometimes sessions feel like you're talking a lot, or just venting, but everything that you share is a glimpse into the patterns of life. It gives insight and allows me to adjust questions and attempt to help you gain more insight and make decisions that best suit your situation. We will explore patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape how you respond to stress and relationships. Together, we will build clarity, strengthen boundaries, and identify what needs to shift internally and externally for you to feel more grounded and fulfilled. Many of my clients are the ones everyone else leans on, yet they rarely have a space for themselves. In therapy, that space becomes yours. It is a place where you can be honest, messy, real, and still supported. My approach integrates evidence-based methods such as Attachment-Based Therapy and Systems Theory with existential and mindfulness principles. This combination allows us to work on both the practical tools for managing stress and the deeper emotional and identity questions that surface during major life transitions or burnout. You do not need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. My role is to help you slow down, see the patterns clearly, and find a way forward that feels authentic to you, not just high functioning.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is collaborative and intentional. The first few sessions focus on getting to know you, your history, and what has brought you to therapy. We spend time understanding the stress you carry, the relationships that shape your experience, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we identify what feels off balance and what needs to change in order for you to feel more grounded and fulfilled. Therapy with me is a process of slowing down, connecting the dots, and learning to listen to yourself in a new way. Sessions are conversational and focused. I ask questions, offer perspective, and help you uncover what is driving your anxiety, burnout, or emotional exhaustion. My goal is to help you gain clarity and feel more capable of making choices that align with who you are and what you need. I work from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Systems Theory, and mindfulness and existential practices. This mix allows us to work on both immediate coping tools and the deeper emotional shifts that lead to lasting change. Clients often describe my style as calm, honest, and grounded. I provide structure while leaving room for reflection and genuine connection. Over time, you will begin to understand yourself differently, build emotional stability, and find a steadier sense of peace in your daily life.
