My journey to mental healthcare I've always been fascinated by the question, "What do you want to do when you grow up?" and love the reminder that we never really have to grow up! My journey to becoming a therapist began with a career in home design, but during the 2009 recession, I felt a shift in my calling. Inspired by many around me and a deep desire to help, I transitioned into the helping profession. I earned my Master?s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, blending my childhood passions for design and counseling into a meaningful career. Ironically, my childhood goals were to design homes or become a counselor?two passions now beautifully intertwined in my life.
