Hi my name is Krista and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. With 6 years of experience I have assisted individuals navigate a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress management, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and more. I believe therapy is a truly collaborative process where you and your experiences guide our work together as I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I utilize a blend of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), and Art Therapy with a person-centered approach as the core value in my practice. This flexibility allows me to create a personalized treatment plan that best supports your journey towards healing and growth. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to make lasting change. Outside of the professional space, you can find me nose deep in a good book, hanging out with my chaotic pets (who may or may not make occasional appearances in our sessions), indulging in delicious food, or traveling whenever possible. I'm also a huge fan of anime and video games, so I’m basically a big nerd with a healthy sense of humor that I love to bring into our sessions when the moment is right.
