What should a new client know about working with you?

Holistic Mental Health Therapy is a transformative approach that goes beyond conventional methods to embrace a more comprehensive view of well-being. By integrating body, mind, and spirit, this therapy fosters deep awareness and healing, guiding you towards a profound understanding and acceptance of your true self. Holistic Psychotherapy supports you through a gentle, yet powerful process, encouraging positive changes and personal growth. By employing a range of alternative and holistic techniques, we work together to cultivate life-changing habits that empower you to navigate life's challenges. I believe in your inherent potential for success and am committed to guiding you on your unique journey towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. From there, we typically begin with weekly sessions and gradually transition to bi-weekly, monthly, and eventually as-needed sessions before closure. I check in every 6–8 weeks to review progress and make sure we’re aligned with your goals for therapy. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me. I strive to create a safe and trusting space where you feel comfortable bringing up any concerns, whether they relate to the therapy process, finances, or anything else that can support your overall experience.
