Throughout her career, Kristen has gained comprehensive experience across diverse settings, including higher education, residential programs, alternative high schools, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs. This breadth of experience has equipped her with the skills to address a wide range of mental health challenges. Kristen works primarily with adults and young adults, though she has also worked with teenagers and adults of all ages. She provides sessions in person at our Freehold location and virtually throughout New Jersey through our telehealth portal.

Kristen believes in centering the inherent worth of the individual and meeting each person where they are. She values her clients feeling safe, seen, and heard, believing they deserve autonomy in their sessions while balancing their personalized goals. An authentic alliance between client and therapist is essential to her work, as it opens space for trust to develop—a privilege she does not take lightly. She also believes there is room for light-heartedness and humor to naturally arise in treatment.
