If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure, we can work together to lighten the load and find the calm and clarity you seek. I help clients find their way through struggles with family and relationships, indecision, unmet goals, and life changes such as aging or career shifts.
My style is perceptive, accessible, and grounded in psychodynamic theories with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness. We’ll collaborate to address fears, shed expectations, gain insight into what’s most important to you, and propel you where you’d like to go.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I specialize in life transitions, relationships, personal growth, school or career challenges and all that comes with it. We go through many phases in our lives, each with their own joys and struggles, I help clients identify their strengths, and their purpose, providing support, encouragement and insight along the way.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My path to becoming a clinician began with my personal journey towards purpose and an understanding of self. I practice from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients recognize and utilize the tools and abilities they already possess to address challenges that arise in life. As we continue our work together, cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic methods, coupled with mindfulness, form the basis for our process. Together, we will devise manageable, strategic goals and a plan to get there. Each client is unique and there is no one size fits all approach. Flexibility, trust, and openness are key to the experience.
