I'm an LPC with six years of experience providing compassionate, individualized care to clients navigating a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, person-centered, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, goals, strengths, and lived experiences. Through Grey Rising, I provide care for a variety of mental health and substance use concerns, recognizing that each person's journey is shaped by their personal history, relationships, challenges, and hopes for the future. My goal is to help clients identify patterns that may be holding them back, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen their sense of self, and build the skills needed to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
