I have worked in the mental health field since 2013, supporting both children and adults. My approach I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as my main focus but often take an eclectic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client during our sessions. My focus I have experience helping clients manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationship issues, and resolve family conflicts. I also support clients working on motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My communication style When meeting with me, I want you to remember that I am here to decrease your stress, not add to it! You are in charge of your story and steer the direction of every session because you are the expert of your story and your destiny. My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to work with and help children. I spent many years working in the community with children and their families, as well as within the school system. Later, working with adults helped me realize that often we need to heal our inner child to experience a better existence. I am here to help you heal your inner child! My goals for you I believe you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths to help you overcome challenges. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey!
