What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to learn about you, and you'll have the chance to ask yours too. Clients often tell me they feel affirmed, comfortable, and heard—sometimes even surprised by how natural it feels. I go at your pace, and I believe trust and connection are the foundation of meaningful work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Being in therapy with me is an affirming and collaborative process. Clients often say I’m easy to talk to and feel safe opening up. Together, we explore your emotional world with care and curiosity, building trust through deep listening and thoughtful feedback. I help you notice patterns, connect mind and body awareness, and integrate mindfulness or spirituality when it feels right for you. Sessions are typically 50+ minutes, with a longer 60+ minute intake. I use a HIPAA-compliant video platform and a secure billing site to ensure your privacy and ease. You don’t have to do this alone.
