What should a new client know about working with you?

++++ Please note - If you have insurance you want to use please do not make an appointment as I do not accept insurance at this time. My hourly rate is $225 per session. I only accept private pay. +++++ Before I confirm your appointment I will need you to fill out some intake forms I will send you via email. Please try to complete those asap. I also want to make sure you are clear on the fees, which are as follows: 50 minute individual session: $225 50 minute couples/family session: $225 I conduct therapy via zoom, or in-person at my Irvine office. Initial appointments are always via zoom. I accept payments via paypal, venmo, or credit card. Unfortunately, I am not contracted with any insurance at this time. I look forward to meeting you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a client-centered therapist. In your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy as well as your goals. In future sessions, we will check in about your week, and then dive into the goals we have set, whether that be having a better relationship, kicking a bad habit, reducing anxiety or depression, or any other number of personal changes you would like to make. Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
