My approach to client care is calm and collaborative through the lens of trauma informed care. I work with clients to access and express emotions to create emotional resilience. I completed the work to receive a Fellow of Thanatology; Certificate in Integrative Mental Health; and Certified Trauma Professional. I work with patients facing a wide variety of challenges; including anxiety; depression; and life transitions such as non-death loss; menopause; or divorce. Clients can expect to feel heard in their sessions; will receive feedback; and will receive some “homework” for between our sessions.
