I use an eclectic approach to therapy with my clients, incorporating elements of Trauma-Informed approaches, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am always client-centered. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space to sort through life's ups and downs so they can reach their goals of better mental health.
