I believe that life experiences shape each individual, and I strive to assist clients in gaining insights to reach their highest potential and create a fulfilling life. Do you suffer from depression or anxiety? Have you or someone you know struggled with addiction? Are you a couple facing relationship concerns? With a Master’s in Counseling from Montclair State University, I am here to provide support, help you gain insight, and build effective coping skills.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am living my best life as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I would describe myself as having a down-to-earth nature, sense of humor and personable demeanor. I believe in having a safe and healing space to assist you in navigating through life struggles and challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I treat clients with both mental health and substance use issues; individual, couples and family therapy sessions. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. My approach to counseling includes various theoretical approaches to accommodate each individuals specific needs, including but not limited to Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and Trauma Informed.
