If any of these circumstances sound familiar to you, I’m here to show you that there's hope. I use my knowledge as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to help those who are ready with developing the skills they need to obtain life changing results. My goal is to provide a non judgemental space that allows you to express yourself ,and to find solutions. In just one hour or less a week my clients have been able to reprogram the way they view themselves and the world around them. I'll provide support as you discuss your negative thoughts, trauma, feelings of guilt and shame. And together we'll connect the dots as to how your past and current circumstances are holding you back from the life you deserve.
