Getting to know Kristen Sutton

Are you dealing with issues that you are afraid to speak about due to not knowing how you will be portrayed? I understand the impact that mental health can have on one's functioning and the uncertainty of being unable to figure out life. I grew up in the inner city and have experienced many trials which have made me the person I am today. I provide a non-judgmental safe space to deal with issues surrounding domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar I, and dysthymia. I have a passion for helping people and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my main approach in helping those who are experiencing a mood disorder. My goal is to reshape negative beliefs into healthier beliefs that can change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors over time. We have all been through things that have changed the way we think, feel, and behave. I just want to help you work through these issues to become the best you that you can be.
