What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I provide a structured, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I value consistency, open communication, and active participation in the therapeutic process. Therapy is a collaborative effort, and I work with clients to identify goals, build practical coping skills, and improve overall functioning. I am direct when needed, while still maintaining a supportive approach. Clients can expect accountability, guidance, and a space where they feel heard and respected.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with an initial assessment where I take time to understand your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. From there, we work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Ongoing sessions focus on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and addressing patterns that may be impacting your daily functioning. I use a collaborative and structured approach, while also allowing space for flexibility based on what you need each session. My goal is to support consistent progress and help you achieve meaningful, lasting change.
