Kristen is also a Level I and Level II certified Gottman couple’s therapist. The Gottman model is the gold standard of treatment for relational struggles. Kristen uses her breadth of knowledge & expertise to provide creative, holistic, and effective solutions that foster real progress toward wellness and emotional recovery. Some of her chosen interventions include EMDR Trauma Therapy, CBT, Gottman Couple’s Methods, DBT, Coping Skill Development, Distress Tolerance Work, Mindfulness Based Practices, MB-CT, Poly Vagal Work, Art Therapy Interventions, and Person-Centered Techniques. Kristen is LGBTQ+ Aligned and treats adults, teens, and children as young as 5 years old.
