Kristi is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Alabama State University. She is a National Certified Counselor, and she is grateful to assist individuals with self-discovery, personal growth, grief, as well as other life issues. She has worked with adolescents and adults to reach their optimal level of functioning by providing a safe space while utilizing my theoretical approach. Outside the office, she enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, meeting new people, and trying new things. She believes in the importance of self-care and taking time to enjoy the simple pleasures in life, such as reading a good book or spending time with loved ones.
