Hello! I’m Kristi Raghavan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My work is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that recognizes each person’s unique story, strengths, and potential for growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to explore challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. I have experience working with couples navigating relational concerns, including communication difficulties, infidelity, and premarital counseling. I also work with families and youth around parent-child relationships, teen challenges, grief and loss, and life transitions. Drawing from approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients strengthen relationships, develop resilience, and discover practical ways to move forward. As a mother of four and an educator who has worked extensively with middle and high school students, I bring both professional training and real-world insight to my work with families and teens. Coming from a multicultural family myself, I deeply value working with diverse populations and strive to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for clients from all backgrounds. My goal is to partner with clients in a supportive and collaborative environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to build stronger connections, gain new perspectives, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
