What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in trauma work with adults and children. I'm EMDR certified and incorporate other clinically proven methods, using a trauma informed lens in my work with all clients. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults My training roots include child and family therapy, specializing in attachment issues, family relational problems and adoption

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a multi faceted approach to working with clients, based on the individual needs of each client, taking into consideration your history of relationships and life experiences, your personality, your strengths and your unique needs. I am EMDR certified and use other therapeutic approaches such as CBT, parts of self work, and belief system work. I am happy to set up a free 20 minute consultation via phone or video so we can meet and determine if you feel we will be a "good fit" before committing to working together. Please note I am conducting in person sessions in St. George Utah with children and families. All other sessions are via teletherapy.
