I am ready to support your confidence in handling the turbulence that life brings. I work well with adults and couples dealing with heavy emotions, confusion, trauma, and ADHD. I offer a safe environment and utilize skills that promote healing, empowerment, and vibrant thriving. My approach includes Christian Counseling, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Bereavement Counseling to foster solution-oriented conversations.
