Getting to know Kristin Gearhart

My name is Kristin Gearhart, MA, LPC, and I have been working as a therapist for over 19 years after receiving a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004. Since then, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including foster care, community mental health, and private practice. I have also had the opportunity to work with the military community, including active duty, retired, and reserve members, as well as their families. I provide therapy for the LGBTQ community, especially trans and non-binary clients, and I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals. My specialties include trauma, PTSD, EMDR, anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, learning disabilities, and Autism.
